We are currently looking for the qualified Investment Banking Analyst to join with our company   for many positions.

 

 

Job Description

Investment Banker is responsible for related activities including,

• Initial Public Offering (IPO)

• Debt financing / Loan financing i.e. bond, Debenture

• Debt Restructuring

• Mergers and Acquisition (M&A)

• Conduct Due Diligence process including gathering, interpreting, and preparing information

• Coordinate between issuer and external parties (i.e. Auditor, Internal Audit, Legal Advisory)

• Develop financial model for any related purpose

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of related regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry

 

Qualifications preferred

• Male or Female, age 22-30 years old

• University graduated in either Finance & Banking, Economics, Accounting,

      preferably with an MBA degree

• A good command of both spoken and written in English (Thai is advantage) 

• Knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office)

• Willing to travel up country, Oversea (Lao, Thailand, etc.) in occasional

• Good human relations

• Hard working and able to work under pressure
