Mr. Somphot Arhunai, Chief Executive Officer of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) the renewable energy business which is a manufacturer and supplier of biodiesel and solar power energy production plant appointed Asset Pro Management Co., Ltd. (APM) as a financial adviser in order to prepare the company to be listed in the Market for Alternative Investment  (mai). Mr. Somphot Arhunai, Chief Executive Officer of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) with Mr. Somphob Sakpanpanom , Chief Executive Officer of APM as financial adviser appointed 3 leading underwriters; Finansia Syrus Company, The Thai Commerce Company and Nomura Pattanasin Company  along with 11 other brokers. They ensured the public that EA performs an attractive business, both in the short and long term since the Government provides support to biodiesel and solar power plants plus the leader of the company has a vision to expand the business.

EA capital shares were traded in mai, with the registered capital and paid-up capital of 373 million with a par value of 0.10 baht, and the total number of shares of 3730 million shares.  
EA production capacity of biodiesel is 800,000 litr per day, solar power plants generating capacity of 8 megawatts in Lopburi province.  Start with commercial revenue in October 2012. In 2013, the company is in the process of being carried out large-scale of solar power plants, producing 90 megawatts  in Nakhonsawan province. In the year 2014 plan to invest in a solar power plant of the size of 90 megawatts of production in Lampang province. In the year 2015 plans to invest in a solar power plant the size of 90 megawatts of production in Phitsanulok province.
