         We are working as a team. Customer and APM will work together in order to accomplish customers' objectives or goals. Our staff has good education, knowledge and strong experiences in finance, venture capital and legal and regulations. We consider APM as a strategic partnership to customers.  

APM covers financial advisor professional to many difference types of business in Thailand. We are expanding to Lao with a plan to approach Myanmar in the near future

  • APM was found and registered as advisory company in July 1991.

  • APM commenced its full scale operation as an Independent financial advisor in June 1997.

  • APM is one of the qualified consulting companies, selected and approved by the Bank of Thailand’s Debt Restructuring Committee in 1999.

  • APM has been approved since 2006 as a Licensed Financial Advisor regulated under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

  • Expanding business to Lao under the name of APM Lao Securities Co.Ltd., in June 2013

 

APM story

 

The Thai economy has witnessed a major crisis since 1997. One of the cause is due to the lack of good planning, effective administration and strong financial position in Thai businesses. After the burst of the crisis, businesses began to realize that they were in need of financial advisor, one who could give valuable advice on financial planning. Several reliable and respectable financial advisory firms have been appointed as individual firm's financial counselor. This enables most businesses to conduct their business cautiously and prudently. 

 

Asset Pro Management Company Limited ("APM"), financial advisory firms, was founded on 29th July 1991 by Khun Somphob Sakpunpanom together with 5 financial professionals. APM commenced to provide a full-scale of financial advisory service to individual clients. Since the start of the business, APM recruited more staffs, they are well-trained with strong experience in the area of finance, project financing and investment banking. Some of the staffs used to work with the country's leading commercial bank or the established securities firm. 

 

APM is one of the financial advisory firms approved by the Debt Restructuring Committee, Bank of Thailand as qualified firm for Providing Financial debt restructuring service to clients. With Trust in the APM 's Teamwork, more than 50 APM's clients have formally appointed APM as their financial advisor. 

 

It is APM's policy to provide financial advisory service with full devotion to all of our clients. Top priority has been given to keeping all activities as strictly confidential matters. All APM's staffs utilize their expertise in finance, law, accounting to bring utmost benefit to all our clients.
